- Employers can easily access job-ready tech talent while City Colleges of Chicago serves as the employer of record for apprentices.
Moonshot is a partnership with the IQMP, City Colleges of Chicago, major regional employers, and workforce and civic groups.

When students are ready for an apprenticeship, City Colleges of Chicago manages the program from end to end, serving as the employer of record and covering the apprentice’s first-year salary for new partner employers.
